Allow employees to review our bosses, instead of everything being top-down.

Coworkers seem self-centered and not particularly interested in moving forward or working as a team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overworked, underutilized. Working harder instead of smarter. They need to raise pay to attract and keep a higher caliber of employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I felt I was part of a team, if I were publicly acknowledged, if I felt like a valued employee instead of a random drone. I wish my contributions we appreciated and that I actually got praised instead of just handed more work.
