Overworked, underutilized. Working harder instead of smarter. They need to raise pay to attract and keep a higher caliber of employee.
If I felt I was part of a team, if I were publicly acknowledged, if I felt like a valued employee instead of a random drone. I wish my contributions we appreciated and that I actually got praised instead of just handed more work.
