My coworkers. We have a great team. Love caring for patients. Love feeling like we are contributing something positive to people’s lives even when they may be dealing with a major hardship.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work environment is positive because my coworkers are awesome despite the challenges we face. We are heavily invested in the success of Kaiser. We just need the proper tools necessary to help Kaiser truly be the best
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better in touch with what is really going on on ground zero of the hospital. We are dealing with human lives not moving furniture. Cookie cutter medicine care is short sided and foolish. Safe staffing is imperative.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings always end up feeling like the management , quality team, etc are completely out of touch with how hard it has become in the hospital. Patients are sicker than ever, more complex than before, and more demanding than ever but we have to beg for sufficient staffing, properly functioning equip
