We are being pushed incessantly to improve "production," which is relatively idiotic in healthcare. Working faster with more demands on documentation leads to poor patient care and poor documentation, employee burnout and errors. STOP pushing for productivity!
When colleagues have down time, they need to step up and work on things to make the whole department better, such as checking stock of products we use, organizing things, offering to help if others are running late or super busy
