Over worked. More is added every year. Pays decent, but the worklife balance is terrible. KP leadership knows it, and has been told about how over worked we are, but has yet to do anything to repair our worklife balance.

They work well together and strive to maje eachother succeed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Its very detailed. You can really put a lot out there, a find opportunity to get your point across.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The front line staff know how to do a good job, and do it well. They treat patients well, even if their worklife balance is poor.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stopping their favoritisim. Stop making decisions baded on their current emotions. Remeber the past, and recognise those who so good work, not just those who talk loudest.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many chiefs and to many consultants and lrogram managers for the chiefs. Too many positions that invent work without any real benefit fir the nembers or other employees. The worklife balance of the front line staff and front line managers is really terrible. Find wats to taje work off our plates
