We're trying to be ambitious and collaborative. It's hard to balance those things and we over-index on ambition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We say that we pay top of market. We say everyone within a certain group gets paid the same. Are either of things actually true - no.
