Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
Overall, I've had a great experience at Klaviyo so far. Despite being a relatively new employee, I feel like I've been welcomed into the fold and quickly trusted to take on major responsibilities and projects. The people I work with are diligent and dedicated (and nice!). I'm excited for the future!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is constantly innovating and trying new things. I love that there is the opportunity (and the support) to put forth new ideas and act on them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that equity is a part of the compensation package. Additionally, benefits like unlimited PTO and the Free Book Policy add such a immeasurable but amazing value to working for Klaviyo.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that the leadership team at Klaviyo aren't afraid to show their humanity. It's clear that they care about the company and our goals, but beyond that, they understand that Klaviyos are not just employees, but real people. They do a great job of showing us they care.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I hear a customer rave about Klaviyo. It never gets old to hear how the product has made a difference to an entrepreneur who is trying to chase their dream, build a business, and make a livelihood. It reminds you that any hard days, projects, etc. are so worthwhile!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very down-to-earth and approachable. I don't feel as though I have to put on airs, be unnaturally buttoned up, or act like I'm someone else. I can show up to work as myself, as can my coworkers, and we can have great professional relationships without having to change who we are!
