I have made my best friends at Klaviyo. In many roles, you find yourself describing those you're close with at work as your work friends. But these are simply my friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've worked at companies where leadership names are exactly that - just a name. At Klaviyo, I would feel comfortable walking up to every single C-level and VP-level leader. They truly humanize themselves here and make themselves part of every conversation.
