Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
I view leadership as 2 separate teams - the leadership team I interactive with in my org, and the company wide leadership team. I think the company wide leadership team is awesome as prioritization and transparency. I think my internal leadership team is decent at strategy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think for my team personally, I feel under-valued in that I have a lot more responsibilities than other people in similar roles but because I came from less years of experience or didn't have a previous relationship with the leadership team, I am not recognized, paid fairly or treated fairly.
