The company is great culture-wise and leadership communicates well. Benefits are only at parity with other companies if you’re in the Boston Area. In California, medical, dental, and vision are very poor quality and the company has no intention on fixing it in the near futur

Company and culture are great. Benefits outside of Boston area are very poorly lacking and the HR team has no intention of fixing it for a year at a minimum which makes it hard to recommend Klaviyo to potential hires

pay is above industry standard

We pay at the higher mid range of salary bands compared to other orgs

People are genuinely welcoming and positive. Since I started I've felt as though I'm a part of a community as well as a team
