Everyone on my team is so incredibly helpful & collaborative. We are constantly working together and finding ways to support one another in our individual roles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly transparent and present such that all Klaviyo employees are aware of company priorities and goals, and feel as though there is exposure to the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've enjoy going into the office or having Zoom meetings with colleagues to not only learn more about the work they are doing or how they conduct their work, but who they are as people outside of work. Everyone is so kind!
