Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
I'm a new team member having only started in the past quarter or so. With my personal experience, this company is very different than those I have worked for in the past. Klaviyo has been supportive, has safeguards and tenants to take care of it's people, and effectively grow the Klaviyo community.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The People, and how we interact and collaborate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
outside of healthcare and core benefits, --> Free books, and education stipend/reimbursement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With the leaders that I have access to --> there is actually a focus on the wellbeing of humans that are part of the Klaviyo community.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In regard to culture, the Klaviyos I work with all care about each other, we're invested in each other's well being, and take stake in supporting each other in our collective and individual successes and failures.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love solving complex problems, untangling and illuminating ambiguity, and creating peace and order amid chaos. I get to do that here, while also helping to evolve and support my team and the organization as a whole.
