We just have fun. Especially in high volume seasons like BFCM the team is always ready to laugh and have fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and availability of the team is remarkable. I always feel comfortable to approach leadership about anything knowing I will be seen and heard.
What makes you most happy at work?
I just get to do what I love and interact with great people. I have resources everywhere if I don't know the answer to something and equipped for success
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even with how big the company is there is a strong emphasis on community. Knowing I was going to be remote and coming from a different background I was nervous about how that would impact how connected I felt. From day one I felt like I've had genuine connections with people all around the company
