Klaviyo is the best job I've ever had. I feel deeply connected with our companies values. The mission we are doing here at Klaviyo is very meaningful for me personally. I wish there was better collaboration than there is today and that I were paid better

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base salary, and higher % of closed won deals. I love this company but we are very underpaid compared to competing companies in the same space
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they are as transparent. The way Sean Marshall speaks to our sales team is amazing. I love his meetings. Additionally, love to hear from AB during BTN and other important announcements
What makes you most happy at work?
Being apart of the best tech company to come out of Boston. Revolutionizing how small E-comm entrepreneurs connect with their customer and grow their businesses. Having a SaaS product that actually makes a real difference
