Being able to solve problems and elevate the business, working on strategy and how to continue to grow Klaviyo
We do not have clear leveling ie how to promote, what we are working towards and how to make more money. It is a hot market and get 2-3 inquiries a week from great companies and frankly market would indicate I am underpaid.
Klaviyo is actually an excellent company with a bright future and I feel bullish about Klaviyo particularly due to recent hires we have made. We are able to pull talent from excellent companies and people with interesting background and perspective which will only aid in making Klaviyo better.
I believe our VP and above leadership is very strong and continuing to hire great candidates. I think the mid level management at Klaviyo is a bit lack luster on the sales team. I think this is mostly growing pains. But outside of Meadows I do not think sales has particularly strong leaders.
I think some of my coworkers are GREAT and ambitious and creative and wonderful to work with and then there is a crop of them who do the same job but at a much lower level. Working with them is a bit more difficult as they dont really add value or elevate the conversation
