I think people believe in the tool and the company. And there is a lot of momentum!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was more transparency in how I can grow my career at Klaviyo. There is not a clear path of what opportunities are available to me. Also, there is a large emphasis on parties and events for company culture - I would prefer mental health services or a clear PTO policy
