What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to be available. But If I am to scared to tell the truth about how I feel for fear of losing my job it doesn't matter about open hours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy is good, and great founding principles and leader at the very top. The people care is amazing, and I love the adventure of learning the products and emersing the data experience.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things, and being a part of the product experience. Also hearing about the achievements, product evolution, and analytics of our organization is fascinating. I like also making people enjoy our product.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation based on geographics doesnt help really poor people move up in life. It assumes they need nothing. Based on my salary I could not relocate if I wanted to, as opposed to those on the west coast or expensive east coast cities.
