seeing the company as a whole succeed, as well as acknowledgment for personal successes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the base salary to bonus ratio for the sales role is not competitive, it should be a higher base salary with a slightly lower gap in the variable comp because take home is much lower after taxes on commission
