Positive feedback from my team's stakeholders, and the feeling of accomplishment that comes from finishing a complex project.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My ISO grant, which allows me to make a major investment in the company (and which has recently been a pretty good deal on paper it seems).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I find that there's a culture of ownership. All but a few older systems have clear owners, and unowned things that are important tend to be picked up by people looking for good opportunities.
