The salary and stock are very competitive and the 401k matching is nice as well.

Skills, smarts, drive and motivation to get things done. The willingness to help everyone else succeed (radical collaboration).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is nice! People are approchable. The exec team and "the company" seems to care about us Klaviyos. It's a very supportive and open environment
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a defined and focused field of responsibility but having the opportunity to work on almost anything. Being supported. Being valued. Being on a great team of people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From what I can tell so far (recent hire) they are all working together toward the company mission. The exec team also seems to genuinely care about people and that's very nice.
