Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been a top performer on the highest level team in my piece of the organization for 2 years. No raise, no equity increase, no promotion, no monetary recognition. Every other sales org that is even a fraction of our revenue size has serious Presidents Clubs, rewards, spiffs, etc.
