I think Klaviyo has a lot of potential and I think there could be a lot of opportunities for greatness, however we still lack the ability to reward and recognize the RIGHT people (not just the same few), and to lay out clear career paths for many employees. We also critically undervalue some roles.

I like the level of transparency and the emphasis on not burning out
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it's overall a very collaborative environment with a lot of transparency and solid efforts toward being more diverse, inclusive and equitable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a recruiter, I am part of the team directly responsible for attracting and hiring new Klaviyos, and considering the importance of that work, I feel Klaviyo undervalues and underpays this vital skill, especially given how competitive the recruiting/talent space has become.
