They are so hardworking and passionate. The approach of no one is too important/big to take on any task is really felt here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like the salary has a lot of objectivity and we focus too much on seniority in a job/field as opposed to actual work being produced
