Klaviyo is great company with amazing people. Our CEO has the best intentions at heart. But peers who put in grueling hrs are celebrated, making it hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Paths to promotion are not clear or equitable across the board. There's potential but not there yet

I work with genuinely kind, smart, nerdy people who care about supporting each other and sharing information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues and being able to contribute to Klaviyo's growth. If I have an idea, it's pretty easy to get the go-ahead to implement
What is the best part about your compensation package?
family paid leave, and comprehensive medical benefits. It would be nice to have Tuition Reimbursement for Klaviyos looking to expand their knowledge and keep working at the same time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency on how we're doing as a company and what are plans are is something you don't see in other companies who normally hide critical business info until decisions are finalized. Knowing what to expect goes a long way in building trust and keeping me invested in Klaviyo's mission
