Everyone here is so welcoming an accepting of different view points, lifestyles, and personality types.

The free books program is so generous. It's the reason I knew this was the company for me.

I've never been part of a team that balances their drive to grow and succeed and the well-being of their employees so successfully.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told I could not receive a promotion even though I am working significantly above the role I was hired for because I hadn't been at the company long enough.
