I've experienced a pretty jovial company culture which has been nice. I've also seen the level of care the company takes to diversify its workforce, which is fantastic.

The vision and purpose they've set out for the company. Although it is ambitious, they take to time to listen to their employees and empower us with the tools to succeed.
