An important value is constantly growing and management takes goals into consideration and helping us achieve that.

The team is extremely diverse - different cultures, backgrounds, levels of expertise. I am always learning from them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The unlimited PTO policy and the learning stipend. Klaivyos get unlimited free books and up to 5k a year for any courses/learning.
