not much i don't love working - i do it because i need to

there is a lot of encouragement from within and there is a lot of camaraderie
What are some of the best things about your team?
the team is great. everyone is helpful and always willing to step in and assist when necessary
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
don't give false promises such as "we don't foresee layoffs" but then lays off 33 people. AB is also very against bonuses which hurts morale in the company overall
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation isn't quite on par with competing companies and there's a lack of bonuses. Also compensation doesn't adjust on par with the market (like historic inflation as happened this year)
