Good experience thus far. Being on a small team, the path for advancement is somewhat unclear, but I am not worried about this at the time.

The culture is positive and inclusive. I like the level of professionalism.

I love the book policy. The learning stipend is amazing and unlike anywhere else i've worked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management has clear and attainable goals. My direct manager really cares about my success as an individual and gives me the tools to achieve my goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is knowledgeable and always willing to go out of their way to help. There is a reciprocal relationship of sharing knowledge and resources. They are a truly kind group of people that are supportive of each other's success.
