I think the leadership team does a really good job of rallying all Klaviyos around our values, and hiring people that will continue to support them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are no dumb questions - and nobody will make you feel like that isn't the case. This engineering team is very supportive, and really embraces our company value "are always learning".
