Klaviyo Announces Launch of Initial Public Offering
Overall I love this company and I am happy to be here. There have been shifting priorities since our new CFO joined and I do worry about maintaining headcount for my team. I dislike watching other departments continue to hire even though we have been told on our side we have put a freeze on hiring.

My direct manager and VP are fantastic. They do champion for the success of my team.

My supportive team and other employees i the org that understand how fast paced we work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the current team is incredibly hard working and overcomes adverse circumstances on a regular basis
