What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid fairly and have decent equity. To add to that, the benefits are at parity with many other companies except for the 401k match...they could do a better job with that to make it more competitive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone comes from a different and unique background. We have Retail, B2B, Cybersecurity, large companies, start-ups. With the unique backgrounds come interesting perspectives that make for fun dialogue and better ways to think about & solve problems.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the fact that we are HELPING businesses make more money. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, it's so important to have companies like Klaviyo to help you find ways to make long-lasting relationships with customers and of course drive profitable revenue. That makes me happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people of course! The company has done an excellent job at hiring people who bring drive, energy, ambition, skill, and positivity to the work place. No one is ok with complacency and it shows in the work we do and how we got to where we are today.
