Since COVID we have been supported with office equipment, additional compensation for internet, as well as grocery support

We are very interested in Growth and Development but do not have the capacity to develop our employees and reward them. There is no incentive to perform at a high level

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is approachable, I feel comfortable talking to individuals from other departments and asking questions from more senior employees. Everyone is eager to provide support
