They need to be more aware of what their middle managers are doing and remove the ones that don't align with the company's values.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like 250$ a month for the meal plans, Food twice a week is nice.

Every team I've been on actually eagerly collaborates, they take time to connect personally and check in to make sure everyone is okay or provide support when things aren't well. They've all been genuine and open to interact.
