What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every leader is approachable. I don't ever feel as though I shouldn't speak to a person within this company. I feel valued and there isn't ever a moment that I don't feel included.

I don't always agree with the upper level decisions being made on how to reach our goals, but when it comes to caring for employees and fostering our growth, Levelset has always done an outstanding job of it.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my package is the travel perk. We are given a stipend to see other parts of the world and I love they encourage that.

The single best thing is change is always embraced. The toxic "it's always been done this way" mentality, is the farthest thing from how Levelset operates and it's very refreshing to say the least.

Helping the company puts its best foot forward being that I know how many people we help securing their payment rights.

We have extreme flexibility on taking time off and other scheduling aspects and still accomplish 10x more here than any other company I've worked at.
