Some weeks and even months are really hard, but I do feel listened to and that my concerns matter to my leaders. I have a lot of hope that things are going to get better here when it comes to health benefits and time off, because at current I can't take time to rejuvenate, which is very needed.

Lionrock has grown significantly since I was hired. It is fast-paced and absolutely challenging at times. I have a wonderful, capable team, but sometimes things with other departments don't go as well as I hope, but overall the vibe is great here. The only thing I would change is the healthcare.

My team is wonderful! Even though we work remotely and I am hundreds of miles from them, I know that I have people who care about me here. We know about each other's lives and families and check in when things are difficult or changing. They are always funny and smiling and willing to help me.
