in my department, we work hard and take pride in it. in the company at large we work hard to serve the church.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team is great! meetings sometimes are a bit sporadic, but in retrospect they have become better these last few months. Im in sales-
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get raises, because I am in sales. But I think me being here longer should result in raises in compensation like any other department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader is very involved with me, not every day but many days I get a few moments with him. The people immediately above him are also involved, though more distant. That would be Mark, he is excellent! Brian is also very excellent.
