Smart people who care about each other and what they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits aimed at long-term experienced employees. I would prefer really good insurance for myself and my family, and a better 401k match. 1% is appreciated but isn't helping me towards my long-term financial goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My team is excellent but not every team is created equal. The can be obvious disconnects in company culture when teams interact. What is valued, what are the expectations when interacting personally, and are employees valued for how they are who what they contribute.
