Being able to solve interesting problems with smart people.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salaried employees have unlimited vacation which allows for flexibility with compensation conversations regarding salary.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Teams work great, it's where teams meet other teams that things fall apart. Interteam communication and getting things from other teams can be a nightmare.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company culture is truly employee based, tons of people care and the things people care about are what succeed. If someone wants to make something better they are given a lot of freedom to improve that thing.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Faithlife could be more intentional about how they promote managers, throwing someone into a management position with no training and viewing managers as things that "get in the way" hurts company culture and leads to messy projects and unhappy employees.
