
Being paid in direct salary rather than through a series of options I can't really control. This allow me to direct my savings and spending more easily than with stock options or other employer-directed programs.
Their transparency about where we are heading as a company and why, especially when it involves change (which it nearly always does). This communication makes my buy-in much easier to give. It's not demanded, it's earned.
Amazing folks who all seem to be smarter than me in really good and helpful ways. The answers and help are there for the taking when asked for, along the support needed from time to time. This culture also rewards giving the same in return.
