What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small but effective, even when we get to work remotely.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping develop a product that is excellent for and teaching people to better understand it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance is incredibly good except it doesn't yet cover family. This has been promised within a year or two.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership is approachable and willing to listen. I'm quite happy with my team lead especially since she's very invested in my career growth.
