They're constantly listening to feedback and trying to incorporate it into the way we do business.

Help each other get better. Patiently teach each other. Cover for each other when personal needs encroach on work commitments.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Open to discussing hard questions publicly in AMAs, etc. Regular company meetings to reiterate the vision. Regular informal meetups to connect with individuals personally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Grassroots ideas make a difference. Individual contributors are encouraged to be owners of product direction. We have fun playing board games, sports, etc together.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better family medical: 100% medical, dental, vision coverage for the whole family. Better 401k matching: 1-to-1 without a top end limit. Financial incentive to work, eat, live "healthy". Yes, I know that's ambiguous.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People trust one another to ship good code that won't cause alerts in the middle of the night. Space is allowed for work on projects that might fail, projects that raise the overall quality of life for developers, projects that help experiment with new technology, etc.
