What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel undercompensated and undervalued. I've grown so much since I've started my job at Faithlife, but I've never benefited from it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Noticing the good work of people who don't scream about how great they are. The louder screamers are rarely the best workers, and the quieter ones get taken for granted.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No one really notices what I'm doing, so I have no way to tell if what I'm doing is as important as I think it is. I want to grow, but have no direction.
