What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Having a team mentality is vital to the success of our department. If everyone would work towards the overall success of the department and not only their personal goals that would not only improve profitability, it would improve team morale. #teamwork
What makes you most happy at work?
Faithlife’s goal is to use technology to equip the church to grow in light of the Bible. This is what fuels my passion everyday. My work is just a small contribution towards achieving the company’s goal and spreading the Gospel all around the world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My director leads by example, works hard, and inspires the team to get to his level. He gives me freedom to take risks, trust to make decisions, and opportunities to develop professionally. He makes sure that I feel appreciated and valued which makes it easy to want to give it 110% everyday!
