Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It all depends on the strategic funneling of money within the company. If your department isn't a new product or new initiative, you will have a much harder time getting a raise, regardless of how much value you bring to the table.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team is great at finding new ways to ring the cash register. However this comes at a high cost of lack of employee development and growth. Managers here are more like product developers rather coaches that utilize the strength of their team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

At Faithlife you have the freedom to try new things and to pitch new products. If it's the right timing, you might have the opportunity to become a leader in that new product category. The lack of process here can level the playing field to anyone who has a good idea and can implement it.
