What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open to questions and transparent about decisions and what's going on in the business. Huge difference from all of the other places I've worked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Staffed appropriately that people can have a meaningful work-life balance. Staffed competently so that no-one is "the only person who can do that thing". Appreciates results but also knows how to have fun.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quite a bit longer than other interview processes I've done in the past, but it did give me a substantially more opportunities to ask questions of different people about what the company and work environment is like.
