How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at Lumen (formerly CenturyLink)?
Horrible. I don't even know how to describe it. My supervisor does nothing but demean and belittle. I have reported her to HR nothing happened. I even had to take short-term disability because of her verbal and mental abuse. She is an extreme bully. CenturyLink chooses to do nothing about it. I have spoken to her directly and her supervisor many times.
