At my particular store. Not allowing people who aggressive yell at fellow employees. Not allie assistant managers to abuse their position to be able to sexually harass people with out punishment. The leadership should start leading instead of allowing vile behaviour.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually receiving a wage increase more often than a year. Having managers that dont sit and gold you back. Actually promoting growth and actually training your employees

I've worked over a year and never got promoted. When I was supposed to be promoted, it got ruined by the supervisor, and now incompetent people with no experience get more promotions than me.
