Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I got hired as a part-time employee, but I worked full-time hours which left me in eligible for benefits. I got hired as a front end coordinator to train and manage the cashiers, however, there were no cashiers to train and manage, I was the cashier as well as the front end coordinator.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Caring more about their associates and their hard work than numbers and money. Trying to get more work out of less staff so they can save on payroll
