Overall, despite some management turnover and some finding direction issues, I am very happy with the people, culture and the products we sell. I am good at what I do, understand the market and have success when working. I do love Medela!

It is based on performance and achievable.

Working on projects, working to close the sale.

They are forward thinking and approachable. Very supportive.

Friendly and supportive but also need to produce results and project driven

Collaborating with my co-workers on projects to get the sale. Creative ways to sell and present to customers.

We are a very close team - professionally and personally and support each other in all things. Always have my back and willing to help

It's very fair and generous and I also am able to achieve my goals. I am part of the process in making my goals also - nice!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite my concerns about the management turnover and some direction, I do feel Medela does care about it's employees, customers and we have fantastic products that support so many people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall, just good people. But all are professional, hardworking and fun to be around. We enjoy working together and for the Region Manager (she is not my manager though). We get results and many wins as we all collaborate and work hard to get business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clear vision and focus on new products to sell and grow the company. We have had so many leadership turnovers and restructuring but nothing changes. Focusing on new products and more marketing materials and marketing campaigns for products we do have. More social media impact on the hospital side.
