While I've been happy with my role for the past seven years, the culture has changed and many key people have left. I had several family situations which required time off and my manager has been very supportive.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
While the current package is satisfactory, I beleive we need to be more competitive in base salary and comp plans - not only to attract top notch people, but to also retain top reps.
